How do I create a trading account?

Creating a trading account is simple and takes only a few minutes:

  1. Click on the "Register" button in the top navigation or on our homepage
  2. Fill in your personal information (name, email, country of residence)
  3. Choose your account type (Individual, Corporate, or Demo)
  4. Set up your login credentials (username and password)
  5. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
  6. Complete the identity verification process by uploading required documents

Once verified, you can fund your account and start trading immediately. Demo accounts are available instantly without verification for practice trading.

What documents do I need for account verification?

To comply with international regulations, we require the following documents for verification:

  • Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your passport, driver's license, or national ID card
  • Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and address (dated within the last 3 months)
  • Proof of Payment Method: A copy of your credit/debit card (front and back) or a screenshot of your e-wallet account

All documents must be clear, legible, and in color. For security reasons, you may obscure the middle digits of your card number, but the first 6 and last 4 digits must be visible along with your name and expiration date.

Can I have multiple trading accounts?

Yes, you can have multiple trading accounts with us, subject to certain conditions:

  • Each account must be registered with the same verified identity
  • You can have one account per account type (e.g., one Standard, one Professional, one Islamic account)
  • Demo accounts are unlimited - you can create as many practice accounts as you need
  • Corporate accounts require separate registration and documentation

To open additional accounts, simply log into your client area and click "Open New Account" in the dashboard. All accounts will be linked to your main profile for easy management.

What are your trading hours?

Our trading hours vary by market instrument:

  • Forex: 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (Sunday 5:00 PM EST to Friday 5:00 PM EST)
  • Cryptocurrencies: 24/7 trading available
  • Stocks: Market hours based on the respective exchange (typically 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM local time)
  • Indices: Trading hours based on the underlying markets
  • Commodities: 24-hour trading with brief maintenance periods

Please note that trading may be suspended during market holidays, extreme volatility, or system maintenance. Real-time market hours are displayed in our trading platform for each instrument.

What is the minimum deposit required to start trading?

The minimum deposit varies by account type:

  • Standard Account: $250 minimum deposit
  • Professional Account: $10,000 minimum deposit
  • Islamic Account: $500 minimum deposit
  • Demo Account: No deposit required (virtual funds provided)

These minimums apply to your initial deposit. Subsequent deposits can be any amount above $50. We recommend starting with an amount you're comfortable trading with, and you can always add more funds later.

Note: Some payment methods may have their own minimum deposit requirements. Check the deposit section in your client area for specific payment method limits.

All withdrawals are processed during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM GMT). Weekend requests are processed on the next business day. For security, withdrawals are only processed to accounts in your name that match your verified payment methods.
